Most orders are processed in 1-7 business days. Custom made orders may take 7-14 business days depending if they are apparel or special orders. Pre-Order are pre-production special promotions that generally take at least 3-4 weeks after sale has ended to process. During the busy season orders may run a few extra days depending on product. Please understand that customers are responsible for providing their correct shipping address for their orders. Customers who provide incorrect shipping address will have two options, (1) their purchase can be re-shipped after it has been received by our company for a minimal re-shipping fee, (2) or customer can receive a refund minus shipping/handling and any custom fee's associated with the purchase. 



Please contact Baseball Moms Rule for a Return Authorization Number to return your items. 

- Baseball Moms Rule will accept no return of merchandise for any reason without a customer receipt or the customer’s sales representative first obtaining prior approval/return authorization number. 

- Merchandise returned to Baseball Moms Rule without a return authorization number will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense. 

- Returns will be accepted if a return is requested within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of order. 

- All returns must be shipped back with tracking numbers to confirm shipping.

- All returns will be subject to a 20% (twenty percent) restocking fee (up to $20.00). 

* Only item cost is refundable. Shipping cost is NOT refunded under any circumstances.

* Custom made orders are NOT returnable unless there was an error made by us

* Liquidation items are NOT refundable for any reason.

CUSTOM SHIRT RETURN POLICY:  No returns are accepted on custom shirts unless it was our mistake on the order.  Please see our apparel sizing or email us if you have questions on shirt sizing, design details or rhinestone colors.



a. Incorrect items shipped – Incorrect items are defined as items which were not ordered on the purchase order. Return will be accepted for incorrect items if a return authorization is requested within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of shipment and goods are returned with 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of return authorization number and label. 

b. Defective and Workmanship Problems – We reserve the right to examine returned merchandise and if found to be defective, we will determine if it requires a remake or can be repaired.


- All apparel orders may take 2-5 business days for processing (Custom 5-7 Business Days) (fourteen) days after receipt of return authorization number and label. 

- All custom orders are default color white unless otherwise selected
